Ambassador Yolande Y. Smith is a leadership strategist and the founder of The Colmar Group Ltd., a strategic advisory and professional development consultancy dedicated to strengthening organizational performance and elevating professional standards.

She served as Grenada's Ambassador to the United States and Permanent Representative to the Organization of American States (OAS), and later as Director of the OAS National Offices, where she oversaw 27 offices across the Caribbean and Latin America. In these roles, she worked closely with senior leaders, diplomats, and executive teams operating in high-pressure, complex environments.

She is also the author of Reflections — Stories for Inspiration. Her work is focused on organizational advisory, executive coaching, and professional development across Grenada, the Caribbean, and the wider global workforce.
